Poor manufacturing

Generally good service and friendly staff, however, on my one lens some of the coating is coming off. I took my glasses in, they took a picture of the coating coming off and sent to the lab. Based on a picture with a cell phone, the lab decided that I have dropped my glasses and therefore the coating is coming off. Absolute poor service, they will not be my supplier going into the future.
