POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TORGA OPTICAL THE GLEN MALL

Torga optical The Glen Mall has the most appalling service if ever seen in my 14 yes of eye care ,not to mention that they only opened in 2020 but they have the worst service.i was refused assistance because I didn't have a eyecase and solution to insert my contact lenses in to have an eye test done that I'm paying 500.00 for.Now and this isnt the first time im doing an eye test at a Torga store they normaly provide such.I was told by the assistant that the manager says I must go home and come back tomorrow when I have my own eyecase.I sat there for 30 min plus under go a screening test just to be told to go home,This is so unprofessional after I told them how disgusting there service was only then I was offered the solution and case by then I was sooo furious and had already called my partner to drive all the way there from home to bring my own....by the time he came I just left coz I'm so angry....is this the service and value Forge optical displays,The manager didn't even come out when I expressed my dissatisfaction he/she was locked up in their cosy office...I need this issue of poor customer service delt with...I think I deserve an appolgy for their sh*tty service. As a paying customer as we all know eye care is expensive to be treated like that.
