Poor customer service

I am so disappointed in the optometry,I underwent a consultation and I was supposed to get my specticals after 9 days they said. Said part is that its is way past 9 days and I still have not received anything I am the one struggling to see. No one calls to apologize nor let you know what it is that is happening. no customer care.
