payment for glasses never received???

i received a letter from you guys saying that i owe you almost R1900.00 for glasses i have never even received.

2years ago i went for the glasses you said that it was covered under my medical aid but then all of a sudden when we came into the parow branch you said we had to pay , this is unacceptable, how can you give me on to lawyers for glasses i never even got?? we advised the woman in store that we cant afford to pay that amount and then 2 years later we get a letter to say you going to give us on to the itc people!
