Pathetic service at Torga Optical Springfield Park

I ordered contact lenses from Torga Optical Springfield Park, I have received them but the expiry date for the left eye is in a few months whilst the expiry date for the right eye is in 2022. When I brought it to their attention they said they would rectify the problem. They have given me the run around for two weeks. My dad phoned today to get an update. They emailed a few hours later informing me that there is nothing they can do about it and I have to keep the lenses.

So unprofessional for a so called reputable company.
