*********** optometrist at Torga Optical

I've been to Torga optical Brooklyn, after going back and forth multiple times my glasses are still unusable I can't see with them and it's totally unusable, I've even ordered contact lenses and told them exactly what contact lenses I use, they've ordered the incorrect ones, even after I gave them my previous prescription from a previous optometrist and still they've gotten the order wrong. These people are inadequate and *********** to do their job, and every time it cost me money to go there and the problem doesn't get fixed. I had to pay in R1188 for my glasses because the medical aid didn't cover everything, and now I sit with glasses I can't use. I'll never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
