No response on landline and sending client away if you don't make appointment

<p>I'm truely not happy with Torga Optical in Pretoria North it's now day 2 and nobody answers their phones. When I poped in on Saturday I've been told I need to make an appointment to see them because they are fully booked. When I wanted to make a appointment I've been told to phone because their system is not properly working at that moment. I've been phoning and no answer not even an answer masjien to leave a message. This is really bad service. I've been a client for many years moving from JHB to Pretoria and now struggle to get the same good service in another branch. </p>
