No quotes without EYE Test, Extremly Strange

Wasnt happy with how I was dealt with by this store, seemed like Im not a valued customer and they wont make any money off me so I brought this store a copy of previous quotes I have for LENSES only, no eye test or frames, just Lenses and nothing else, I even brought them a copy of my Eye script, and I asked for 2 quotes to compare, with medical aid and without medical aid rates. lady I met initially took my quotes and spoke to her manager, and after a while he came and told me they DO NOT offer quotes WITHOUT an EYE TEST being done by them, I found this very disturbing and strange, as I have all the information n front of me, but they cant help me without me paying them to do an eye test, that I recently did and provided them the script for this,
