NO BUSINESS ETHICS - DO NOT USE THEM

PLEASE DO NOT USE TORGA OPTICAL FOREST HILL MALL AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS ETHICS Went to Torga Optical in Forest Hill Mall a couple of months ago for my daughters glasses. Lady called medical aid and medical aid approved the glasses. Collected glasses and everything was well. Recieved a msg from them via sms on 20/7/2018 saying that I owe then something in the region of R1800. Call in to ask what was the issue as it was authorised by medical aid. Was advised that medical aid rejected the payment. Asked the lady on the line to please send me the statement as I had to firstly take it up with medical aid and then ensure that it was actually Torga Optical and not a ****. The statement did not arrive on email hence did not worry about it as assumed it was a ****. Until today when I recieved a sms from an attorney demanding payment. Bill now increased from R1800 to R3149. Called the attorney 4 times thought this was also a ****. on the 5th time I managed to get through and was rudely helped by a lady who advised that it was a Torga optical bill and demanded payment immediately. I called Torga optical and the lady Zinkle appologised for everything and still could not help me as she said I need to deal with the attorney directly. I called again and was advised that if I wanted to see the owner I must go to Mall at reds. She then took my no down and still no call from the owner.
