Misleading

Please be aware of the tactics that Torga Optical at William Moffet in PE<br> uses to secure business. I went in for a check up and possible replacement of glasses. After my check up with Paul the optometrist I was handed over to Carolynn who proceeded to phone my medical aid (Discovery) to get authorization and my annual limit. I was informed that the amount of R7169.00 would be covered by my medical aid and I should sign the quotation to allow them to go ahead with the quotation, which I did. Weeks later I received an account from Torga Optical demanding an amount of R2029.00, which they claim is my short fall and according to the Quotation form I sign I am responsible for. I am not in the habit of paying the high premiums towards a good medical aid just to pay in when I need glasses. Disgustingly I received a phone call from Barbara who is now threatening to hand me over to their attorney. As I have never found myself in this kind of situation I don't even have an attorney to help me defend this. None the less I will, If I have to find someone.<br> My warning is to anyone and everyone is, please be careful when dealing with them as I have found myself in a very serious situation now
