Lack of Service

I have been going to Torga Optical in Greenstone. The optometrist who was there was very helpful however the other staff was confused on my lenses, the pricing of my lenses and delivery of my lenses. In December 2018 I waited almost 2 months to receive my order. I was charged different amounts each time I collected the same pair of lenses. When you call in, you get promised to get called back however don't hold your breath. You literally have to beg for service. Definitely going back to Dischem Vision. They are much more accommodating and have great customer service.
