Lack of service

Oh how i have never been so disappointed really the service at torga optical maponya mall is very poor.. When i got my specs in August last year I was never given the information on anything now im experiencing issues with the specs the lense is weak and i cant use them anymore and not even a year of me using them, im been told i must do another eye test which i must pay again.. But "the prescription is supposed to last 2 years" but not even a year im using the specs and im experiencing problems
