Lack of care

I went to Torga 4 weeks ago for new glasses. I was then referred to a specialist by the torga optometrist (for sever stigmatism) but they still made the glasses any way and I did not get the free set of glasses as advertised and paid almost double than what I would have at any other place, ridiculous! I then went to referred specialist and he subsequently found that the glasses given to me by torga were far far to strong and was shocked that they made the glasses and did not wait for his report. He then wrote a note detailing his findings and requesting torga to replace the lenses to his settings noting the glasses were only 4 days old. I then returned to torga with note in hand and got a very defensive optometrist who suddenly said this specialist THEY referred me to did not know what they were doing and went out of their way to try prove them and me wrong and refused to change the lenses said it is what it is and I would get used to it and spat big words at me to convince and tame me to accept his findings. Thus 4 weeks later I have a pair of R4800 glasses that I cannot use (I also still did not get the free pair!). I will give the glassed back so I can have my money back so I can go to a place that cares and will give me something decent. Thank you.
