i am not happy with the pair of glasses , i unable to use them anymore. they became loose within a year of purchase

i have been their client for the longest time. i renewed my glasses january 2024 and i paid R5800 or so .within 1 year the glasses got loose on the sides that i could not wear them anymore,i had to resort back to my old pair that i used almost 4 years ago.the old frame is still strong . The Torga brand is not off quality. i now rely on the old pair but struggle when driving.after i have paid so much money cash i regret Torga,i tried to ask to tighten them and they went loose again within a week.
