Great service

I would like to thank your staff at Southgate mall. They were so helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist me with a last minute request for a certificate for my renewal of my driver's license, I had completely forgot about my appointment and that I had to get a certificate from the optometrist for my renewal, I had requested that it be ready for pickup as soon as the branch opened and low and behold, it was ready when the branch opened and I was able to complete my license renewal an hour earlier then my appointment because there were no delays from the branch side. Thank you so much to the gentleman who took my call and made sure it was ready and the lady that that ensured I got it when I went to go and collect. Sterling service.
