Given, Torga Clearwater Mall

I had a very unpleasant experience at Spec Savers Clearwater. I found the lady there very unhelpful as I need assistance fixing my daughter’s broken frames whilst waiting for her new frames to be delivered. I walked out of the shop and straight into Torga also at Clearwater Mall and the young man Given wasted no time in putting the frame together to hold temporarily and the glasses held on for a good 5 days. This is the service I was expecting from Spec Savers but I found them very unhelpful and uninterested in proving a temporary solution for my daughter and for this reason I will now be going to Torga for any future optometry requirements.
