FRAMES BAD QUALITY DO NOT HONOUR GUARANTEE

I bought my glasses in April last year. The frames should have a guarantee. The arm broke off not from misuse ad I tool them in during November.. The lady said she could replace the arms. I told her that I would be quite happy if they were even a different colourt. She did not phone me for nearly a month I called her and she said oh sorry she was just going to call me and the glasses were there. When I got there the arms did not fit property and the glasses were very wide and were falling of my nost. The owner then told her to take a photo of the old arms and try to get. She never came back to me and I went in and she said sorry she cant get other arms. I asked her why she did not phone me and she shrugged her shoulders. I left a messagte for the owner to call and she did not. they then phoned me and said I could pay 50% for new frames which would be about R900. This is not what I would call a guarantee. They have not bothered to come back to me.
