First impressions are a lasting impression

So I finally took the plunge and visited your Kolonnade outlet as it became tedious to drive to my old optometrist as I relocated. What prompted the move? A happy birthday SMS with a free eye test. The optometrist is efficient and proficient but unfortunately that’s where is stops. The eye test was claimed and the wrong contact lenses. When I called to enquire I spoke to a very curt receptionist. I remained polite but when she was snarky and said the contact lenses are more expensive.... I gave the optometrist an opportunity to call to get the matter resolved amicable but let’s just say I asked them to reverse the contact lenses claimed and walked away to another optometrist. A first experience is a lasting experience. P.S. told then they can keep the 'free' eye test claimed.
