FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM TORGA GREENSTONE

I have been a client of Torga for many years (at least 15 and me and my family will go nowhere else) Saturday I took my old reading glasses (that I originally purchased from Torga at a branch before Greenstone) to Torga to have my lenses that fell out put back into their frame. As always they were more than willing to help and I said I will collect on Monday. No rush. The chap that helped me, said no a problem, they will quickly do it and I said I will be back in 30 min, I got back and I was informed that unfortunately the chap that tried to straighten the frame and put the lenses back broke the frame (metal). They offered me a replacement pair. Emil, the manager then came by and advised me quickly of the options available and he offered to make the new pair himself!! He is a man of many talents, that is for sure. <br> An hour later I collected my new pair, no charge! <br> Well done Torga Greenstone! You should get a reward for service excellence!<br>
