**** promotions - unreal offers

Misleading & **** promotions. I went to two stores Norwood & Rosebank Mall. For a pair of SIMPLE/BASIC/STANDARD multifocals (currently claiming it for R6499), none of these two sites is offering this despite promotion brochures and stands on site!!! Norwood offered over R11K (after we paid for eye test?)? Rosebank came with ~ R9k? We clearly asked for a promotion-match product (correct color-coded frames, no fancy polarization, standards multifocal lenses/not premium, no toys and whistles)? We were paying cash?

Even that promotion for a single frame of ~R4699 wasn't correct?

On another note, we paid R500 cash for eye testing?

I can't understand WHY not be honest?

I joined this company back in 2017 because of trustworthy and amazing offers, now every promotion there is a devil's advocate.

Never trust this company again. SpecSavers is really beating the multifocal market and that's where we are heading from now on.
