Faith definitely NOT restored !!!

I have been going to Torga Traderoute Mall for a few years now after I had a raw deal from Torga Southgate. Firstly I always end up calling instead of being called with feedback or progress. Because our Medcial Aid fund allows frames and Lenses every second year now, I was due 2015. Made my appointment and went in to a wonderful Yunus. I prefer driving so far due his thoroughness and dligence. My frustration started when I firstly didnt receive a call that my glasses arrived. I am always calling in. Upon reaching home I find BRAND NEW lenses are scratched in the INSIDE and obscure my vision. I call in explain what happened for GANGA to ask, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE US TO DO. My response I WOULD LIKE YOU TO FIX IT. I take it back and wait again. Again I dont get called with feedback. I call in to find my FRAMES IN CAPE TOWN,lenses in NORTHMEAD and eventually TASNEEM steps in. I receive a voucher for my gran to have glasses made as compensation for my frustration. I go home happy just to find I have reflection of my face in my lenses meaning theres DEFINITELY no ANTI GLARE which medical aid PD. I have been brought to tears with such horrid service and will never use TORGA OPTICAL again.
