During October "Eye awareness month " Torga advertised reduced eye test price of R299. Visited the Glen branch and they say if its on medical aid they will do the test free. After the test is done, if you don't order any eye glasses the test is now charged. Upon receiving my claim, the test is charged at full normal price and not the R299 special price advertised No indication of this is mentioned up front.
