Does Not Like Dealing With Pensioners

I went for my check up and the Optometrist at Clearwater Mall was rude. She kept leaning over me with her hair unclipped so it was in my eyes. I had cataract surgery a few months ago and also had my squint repaired. I informed her of this but she did not listen. I asked her dont you have a record of my information as I have been coming here for three years, she rep**** no. I got the glasses from them but I will not use them in future and I hope that I get better service some where else in future.
