DO NOT BUY FROM TORGA OPTICAL - NO REFUNDS EVEN IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE!

We bought spectacles from the new shop in Lydenburg Mpumalanga. Upon receiving the spectacles and fitting it, myself and my mom both had severe headaches and nausea. I immediately requested for them to refund us, but apparently they do not do refunds. This was not communicated to us before we bought the spectacles. The only way they can assist us is by retesting our eyes to make sure the prescription is right. IF THE EYE TEST WAS DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, THIS WOULD NOT BE NECESSARY! We phoned Head office and explained everything and insisted on a refund to which they stated that their no refund policy is visible on their website! So before you go to any shop, you are supposed to go on their website to read their refund policies? Either you refund us as we requested or we will take this matter further!
