Dissapointng service

Very frustrating lack of service from Torga Optical in Ferndale. I have been requesting trial contact lenses from them for almost a week. It was an urgent order as I'm away as from Saturday, but I got no repsonse despite muliple phone calls etc. I then asked for my script in order to try elsewhere and have had to threaten to escalate the issue before my script was email to me today. I'm leaving tomorrw, sans contacts! Very irritating and dissapointing service. Will go elsewhere from now on.
