Depleting my medical aid savings without being transparent about it. Your sale worth more that people's lives

Went to tonga optical in Rosebank.

To cut the story short, aren't they supposed to tell customers that they will be taking like a 7k out of their savings.

I am single mother with a toddler who might need to see a doctor anytime.

Got to find out that my savings are depleted after paying torga optical 7k out of my savings.

So to you making money out of customers matters more that making sure their medical is still left with funds to save their lives in times of need.

I feel ****** ,****med out of my medical aid.

They kept telling me you can take this and than but failed to tell me it will come off my savings.
