Dear Anli Just a short letter to thank you and your staff for their friendliness and absolute professionalism, and also to compliment you on the stunning outlay and look of Torga Optical Kolonnade. All the staff were great, but I need to mention 2 of your staff by name. Firstly Itumeleng who greeted me in the most perfect Afrikaans and with the most beautiful smile the moment I entered the practice. She made me feel at home immediately, and the paper work was done swiftly. Then the Optometrist, Lezelle personally accompanied me to the eye testing room. She is very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions in such a way that I understood exactly. She is a good listener and she is very passionate about her field of expertise. After the tests were done, she explained her findings, and helped me to find the perfect frame. Please thank your whole team, from me. I will recommend Torga Optical Kolonnade to all my friends.
