Contact Lenses

September 26 2018 I went into Torga optical jabulani mall to pay for my ordered contact lenses. It was a set of 6 months supply. One box had 6 lenses and then two boxes each had 3. I was given them in a brown bag. When i got home i realised there was only one box on the set of 3. I went back and notified them they told me that they were out of stock hence they only put in one box but now what surprised me is that i paid for that box. I was told i will get an sms when the sets arrive. I went there almost every month since then and always get told the same story they even made a copy of the invoice as proof but still nothing till today am even tired of getting the same response. I just want my contact lenses or my money back
