Consistent Wrong prescription ordered.
On several occasions I have ordered my contact lenses with Torga optical Cape Gate.
On all occasions the prescription was filled wrongly and negative instead of positive lenses where ordered.The prescription is clear about this and I have made a point of notifying the ladies to check for this.To no avail. They make every excuse in the book but it leaves me waiting longer and having to make another trip to get the correct lenses.
