COMPANY OF HONOUR & Backs their product!

In 2017, Torga Optical received me as a customer due to Spec Savers poor service. I was impressed with their understanding and assistance. Paid for the glasses a large amount for me but less than other quotes. Then 1 year later glasses had problems. Took them in, expecting to be met with resistance to honour quality of product, BUT Received the total opposite. I did not have to fight, get demanding . They looked at the glasses and without any suggestion from me to replace they insisted to replace at no charge . It is rare for a company to back their product but they did. IT WAS AN AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and so refreshing. THANK YOU TO TORGA OPTICAL BEACON BAY EAST LONDON
