Big lying ********

So I booked and appointed for eye testing for both me and my son on the 09Nov2019, when I got there first thing I told the lady by the name of Thandi was that can she check if iam covered for that service on my medical aid because I don't want to pay eve.a cent of which she did and told me they don't cover I must wait next year for my savings to kick in, fair enough so when I was about to leave she advised me to do a test for my son which will only cost me R90 and so that I can know my sons status instead of waiting longer a d maybe there's a problem with his sight, it made sense and I mean the price is mostly the market one, so I went through with it, Mbali did everything and when it was done to my surprise I now need to pay R400 because my sons sight is perfect, so I went to Thandi and asked her *** is going on now, she started explaining **** and told me because my son is fine I need to pay 400 if he needed spectacles it was going to be 400 and I was so ****ed because she knew I didn't have funds and even if my son had a problem how was I going to pay since she who my medical aid wouldn't cover it. Big ******** who would lie to get a sale. I would recommend people to not consider Torga optical.
