Best customer service

After failing my eye test while renewing my driver's licence last week, I had to go to Torga Optical. When I got there, one lady was assisting a customer and the other lady was on the phone. The lady on the phone acknowledged my presence and told me she will be with me soon. Within no time, she started helping me. She was friendly and did my eye test perfectly. To my surprise, when I wanted to pay, I was told its free. I was very impressed, especially with level of service I received at the KwaDukuza branch, regardless of being free. I'd recommend them to anyone I know. Good job ladies. Pitty that I forgot to get your names.
