Been ****med by Torga optical PE

Hello I'm Ntombifikile Mapelo I'm done my spectacles last yr November and was using Gems medical aid. I paid the upfront money. The rest supposed to be paid by medical aid. Friday last week I received an sms requesting me to pay R3200 when I asked to Gems they say the claim is too old its over 4 months and when they send the claim there was no prescription. I told I won't pay because it's not my fault to delay to claim. Can u help me my no ***
