Bad Service

Hi,

We came to Torga Optical in Mall@Reds to get new glasses. First time she got the glasses it was not correct and we had to give the glasses back to get new lenses. We were then called to come and collect the glasses and when we got to the store only the lenses was in the container and the frames was still at the lab or something and we were told a student that helps out did not know what to do... The third time we got the glasses but again it's not correct, it's still blurry.

Can we please get this sorted out, we paid close to R5000 for the glasses and I need it fixed as soon as possible!
