Bad Service

I recently went to Torga Optical in Kimberley branch to make my spectacles. The amount came to +-R4000.00 so i asked them if i could make an arrangement to pay R2000.00 in two installments and then the other half must be off my medical aid due to less MSA. They told me if i make the arrangement i wont be able to get the spectacles and only after i paid the full amount will get it. I am not the first time patient, i started with with Torga Optical in Worcester and i have never experience something like that. I went there because of my loyalty abut the service i got was pathetic. The lady then told me she will her boss to ask them if they cant help me. She never gave me a feedback until i got an SMS telling me that the spectacles are ready for collection. When i got there they gave me only the free sunglasses and they told me they were still waiting for the spectacles. How pathetic is that. Wasted my petrol for sunglasses. Up until now i have not receive my glasses, they called me the other day telling me that there has been a delay. This is unacceptable. and i will never go back to Torga Optical in Kimberley.
