Bad rep for Torga Promenade

I am writing this review again on my daughter's behalf. TouchIng on my previous complaint not only did Torga tell my daughter she could,only get 1 set of contAct lenses of her six month lenses she bought in last year and wore only from January that all broke leaving her with just 1 pair she still had also and it was also broken as she did not wear as often because she wasn't working... also due to the fact that they were closed during level 5 and she did not keep it because apparently she had to save all these broken lenses. She was given one pair as she had no proof as was stated by the Optometrist at Torga Promenade. Now after all the drama and disappointment she tried to get her script yesterday from Torga so that she could enquire about buying lenses at Spec Savers or anywhere else and was told she can't get her script. Now correct me if I'm wrong but I also use contAct lenses and I have also asked get my script from Torga and was never told,i can't get it and Spec savers was also where I went to buy me new lenses. It has never been a policy to not give a script as she paid for it and it is still valid for the next year plus 4 months. I want her script to be emailed to me today still at mistified73@gmail please.
