Bad customer experience

Very bad customer experience. They had advised an eye test for 50% off if you register online. But when you done with the test and dont take the glasses from them they ask you to pay the full amount. This is never mentioned till you finish you eye test. Also they dont give you the script if dont pay them the full amount. So there is no point in doing the eye test from them on the 50% as you will end up in paying the full amount.
