Avoid Torga Optical Cresta

Avoid Torga Optical (Especially Cresta) at all Cost!

2012 - A few weeks after receiving my new spectacles the one lens cracked (Manufacturing defect) 2018 - 18 months after receiving my new spectacles the coating on the inside of the lens is peeling off (Once again, Manufacturing defect which was confirmed by two other Torga branches) - BTW, I also received these glasses from Cresta Branch.

They refuse to replace / fix the lens at their own cost, because apparently it's out of the 12 month warranty /guarantee. (This is not indicated anywhere and they don't advise you of this either when you get your glasses.)

How ethical are they actually? To me they are a bunch of ******.
