Attittude Adustment
<p>All i can say is that the optometrist ( Magdel Gouws) / manager/ owner at Torga Otical Somerset West needs a complete attitude adjustment, the way she treats and speaks customers im suprised she is still in business. NEVER will anyone in my family step foot in that branch again !</p>
I would just like to thank Gary Wilman at Torga Optical Somerset for sorting my issue out in a respectful manner. Its amazing how how one Manager/owner can vary from the other one. Your customer service and standards are great. Once again thank you so much.
