Always new faces, never fami**** service

I find it unsettling that every time I visit Torga Optical in Wonderpark, roughly every six months there seems to be a completely new set of staff. The constant turnover makes the experience feel inconsistent and offish. It leaves me questioning the stability of the service and whether I can rely on seeing fami****, experienced staff who understand my needs. Consistency is key for customer trust, and unfortunately, that’s lacking here.
