10 work days? more like 14 and still going...

<p>The staff at Torga Optical Vaal Mall are very nice and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there. </p> <p>Had my sons eyes tested on 3 January 2017. Expecting to receive his new pair of spectacles before school starts the next week.</p> <p>We are now on the 14th work day since, and his lenses have still not been sent to the Vaal Mall store, from their lab/factory.</p> <p>The ladies in the Vaal Mall branch are struggling to get proper up to date feedback on how things are going. </p> <p>Currently my son is going to school without any spectacles. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!</p>
