Toptronic Energy Disaster!!

I have been trying to get hold of this company for 3 weeks to supply me with a quote. They came out after a week of leaving messages and whatsup messages. It has now been another week and a half and still no quote.

I get an automated reply from Hildah the assistant apologising and stating she has been of for a couple of days. I got this exact same message on the 19th of Feb and again today.

I once managed to speak to somebody who would phone me within 2 minutes. This is two days ago.

On their website they offer a 24/7 service but if they cannot even answer their numerous cellphones during business hours how are they going to attend to your after hours breakdown???

I used them in the past and was always very impressed with their service and their prices. Now however, I will not use them again as I cannot get hold of them to give them business.

Very sad really as they were a good bunch of guys.
