*****ulent transaction

Good day

I am from South Africa and my account was debited on 31 May 2024 with R3189.88. I did not approve this payment and contacted the Nedbank ***** department but with no luck. I have closed my account with Nedbank and opened an account with Capitec. I have not subscribe to any of your products and or services so how did you get my details and authorization to debit my ***.88 is alot of money for me and due to this I could not buy groceries to feed my children and I have no idea how to get my money back or if I am even going to get it back. This is ***** if I have never dealt with your conpany and did not authorise any payment to be debited from my account. All I can see on my bank statement is: TOMPLAY SHEET *** and the amount of R3189.88
