Rude staff

<p>I really think your consultants have no idea what customer service is. A Sbonga called me today at around 12h45pm. He was very rude in the phone. Firstly you don't call a person and ask who you are speaking to. No telephone manners at all. Unfortunately I had to ask him to deactivate my account because I have no energy to be dealing with rude consultants everytime I have a question or query</p>
