Please Topbets stop tempering with our bets! Everytime I’m busy on your portal the screen will be closing up, shaking after spending so much time compiling my slip it will literally disappear. Please stop this,just this morning I compiled a betslip as I was almost done- it disappeared, it’s as if someone is reading our slips. I then decided to create the longest slip ever, as I was about to submit my odds where immediately changed. Topbets, please all I’m asking is FairPlay. I use my money to place bets but because of your unfairness everytime after placing a bet I have to screenshot my shot. Last time whilst on the site my balance was tempered with and had to ask your agents to stop *****ing from clients and luckily I had screenshots. Topbets please Stop what you are doing, respect clients when they are using your site, I have videos of your screen misbehaving and screenshots of every activity. Withdrawal approval

Guys are you not tired of bad reviews? and what are you doing about them? I always thought Topbets listens and implements. For in the past two years I complained about your dull website and few leagues and Cash Out option. And you listened, there was a major improvement. Unfortunately one has to enquire from Aaron before "Cash out" is given, how disturbing! Topbets when I deposit my money your system quickly accepts and why if I want to "cash out'' your system has no button for Cash out,, does Cash Out even exist or are you misleading clients? During this Easter weekend your Chatline was helpful but when Aaron Modiba answered my Chat which briefly stated my enquiry about "Cash out", he just text back that "the department is closing now and told me to write to their whatsapp line" meaning not yet since he answered my chat but he is not willing to help me. I then asked for their whatsapp no. and no response was given. This guy has an "attitude" problem, if he is not willing to attend to a client then why answer my Chats? Cashout is an immediate response that if he wished to give instruction he could have done so, his ego will bring down this company. I might have lost on cashing out my two betslips but why was I left in the limbo when enquiring about your whatsapp no. Aaron if you cannot stomach client A or B move away from chatline and let other agents willingly help us. Topbets kindly hire skilled agents, upgrade your devices for you cannot put all your "eggs" in one basket. Aaron may be giving me a hard time as a customer but it's unfortunate that he doesn't even know me and I use my money to play and will just screenshot and record all his dirty plays on my portal eventually the Ombudsman will answer.
