Request for my money

I registered with Topbet and they gave me a welcome bonus of R30 of which I had to wager it 3 times the bonus money… I had waged waged more than the required wager amount and they didn’t pay me the money… I contacted the company customer service and they kept making excuses and the customer service is very bad.
