Bad Site

Bad site ,poor customer service, everything about this site is bad ,I mean ,I placed a ticket and it won (13/09/2024) , they said I have to wait 3 - 6 hours before it could reflect...I wonder how long will it take if you want to withdraw,a whole month maybe ?🤣 They should just close this thing cause it's going no where
