Bad customer service

I am a regular customer of Topbet Diepsloot and I have to say I've been assisted by a lot of friendly people over there, people who would tell you they don't understand something and go ask someone who knows and come back to help you. But yesterday the 07-02-2019 I was assisted by Khunjulwa Mhl who was very impatient, very rude and lacked professionalism. When I told her that her colleagues always helps me when I play with team names as I don't understand the code system yet she told me straight to my face that she is not her colleagues, I even told her to go take a comfort break and drink water to calm her down but she didn't have non of it. She told me where to get off and due to her bad service I will never set foot again at Topbet Diepsloot, something needs to be done to that lady because she is a threat to your clients. U just lost one client in me and soon enough it will be one client too many. With the way she was going on I thought she really didn't need that job, it was like I was playing for free and I was playing with my hard earned cash. I ended up playing 2 tickets whereas my aim was to play 4 tickets
