Unsatisfactory service

<p>I was referred to Top Design by a mentor of mine in my endevour to start and register a business. I had app**** and paid for their urgent gold package on the 12th of December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I had sent numerous emails and called multiple times enquiring about my business registration. </p> <p> </p> <p>I received little to no comprehensive feedback and when I decided to cancel my registration I was told that it could not be done. A month had elapsed and I had no company registration nor did I have the money I paid. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was was told that a manager would call me back numerous times to hear my case but no one had reached out. </p> <p> </p> <p>It it is now the 7th of March 2017 and my emails are being ignored for whatever reason. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is the money,which is rightfully mine, paid back to me for a service that I did not receive. </p> <p> </p> <p>I find it appalling that as a customer I have been so ill treated and overlooked considering that I had to register the business myself because of their lack of service. </p>
