TOP DESIGN - UNPROFESSIONAL AND *****

<p>Working with Top Design Media based in Jhb which is supposed to assist people urgently register their businesses and design logos, websites etc has been my worst experience ever. They mislead with their messaging but fail dissmally to diliver service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a psychologist starting my own practice, I paid R1500 for a Logo design, letterhead and email signature and a further R3500 for the website on the 03rd February. 3 weeks later, no one had gotten back to me, after I had sent countless proof of payments and all the specifications of my logo etc. I then demanded my R5000 back so I can get someone else to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they are not paying me back my R5000. No one is even calling me to apologies or explain, the Miranda says she told finance to pay me back. The receptionist Miranda refuses to put me through to anyone else, i.e her manager, insists only she can assist me. I even copy a certain Olivia who also works for this company and she never even responds.</p> <p> </p> <p>its the 01st March, I still do not have my money back, and I am losing potential business from a wasted February without a company logo, business cards, website etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>They mislead on their website and the forms you complete for payment and they say "for urgent Logo" for urgent website" etc they demand you pay beforehand but then they disapear with your money leaving you without what you paid for and they go AWOL.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to fork out more money for someone else who now has to assist me after a whole month wasted. I will not recomend them to any of my friends, or anyone starting a business who expects professional service and timeous feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst Worst experience. Thing they do not understand the impact of such bad service because I am very qualifed and connected, and I am not keeping quiet. Unfortunately bad service does catch up with your bottom line sooner or later.</p>
